Texas Hash, Shirley F.

1 can white corn, drained
1 can black eyed peas, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 .4 oz jar minced pimentos
1 finely chopped medium red onion
1 1/2 cup chopped celery
chopped jalapenos (to taste)
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil

Mix all together. Serve with "Scoops" tortilla chips
