Mandarin Orange Cheese Pie, Sue D.

Prep time: 10 minutes

8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can of mandarin oranges, well drained
1 9in. Ready to use graham cracker pair crust

Blend cream cheese, marmalade, and whip cream together. Use a mixer-it makes it smoother.
Place a single layer of oranges on the bottom of the pie crust.
Spoon cream cheese mixture over the oranges.
Top with remaining oranges.

Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
